Happy Heart Day!

Happy Valentine’s Day to all you couples out there! Though I wonder how many people already celebrated and got their Valentine’s roses a day early to save on the jacked-up prices on this over-commercialized so-called holiday…

Anyway, today’s blog fits in with the lovey-dovey theme in a slightly ODD way. Here are some photos from a wedding, if you can even call it that. The only thing missing are the captions — which I hope you can provide for some entertainment. Don’t forget to focus on what’s ODD in the photo!

    Greetings Shauna and Hive,

    Sorry I’ve been a recluse. I’m still having withdrawal issues over the HA demise. But not to worry, I’ve been living in exile surviving on a diet of nuts, berries and wild exotic plants.

    Anyway, as I slowly reconnect with the real world I thought I would share some observations regarding these lovely photos.

    (#1) “Can we get this thang movin’ along so I can get to WalMart?”

    (#2) Vera Wang’s new line of “Hoochie Mama” wedding dresses.

    (#3) “Who’s your daddy?” (the poor kids look really confused)

    (#4) Here’s my real question, why is another guy taking off the bride’s garter?
    Perhaps that was her first husband(?)

    (#5), “Whoo baby u be lookin’ fine….now put yo teeth back in.”

    (#6) Anytime RuPaul shows up at a wedding it’s definitely a first class event.

    (#7) “O.K., which one of you kids dropped the cake? At least you didn’t spill the Thunderbird.”

    I really shouldn’t laugh, I’ve actually been to a few of these weddings myself.

    good morning HIVE! happy belated valentine’s day!

    holy cow… oops, sorry, that wasn’t a caption! ;) heh heh. i seriously never had dreams of a three bundt wedding cake! WWD?! oops, wrong blog… :?

    okay… here’s my attempt:
